This may be a huge step for you, a leap of faith into the unknown or perhaps another experience in the ongoing search to understand yourself more. On-line Counselling and Supervision In 2020 I changed from working in person to now, exclusively, working on-line to offer Counselling and Supervision sessions via Zoom. This can be beneficial in removing some accessibility barriers. However, this may not suit everyone therefore, if you prefer to be physically in the room with a counsellor then I can still signpost you to other places that are able to provide this. I also run Supervision groups for Counsellors - Groups of up to 4 people. Please message me for details if you would like to engage in on-line counselling or supervision. Finding the right counsellor isn’t always an easy task for many reasons. Everybody is different, everybody an individual and this is true of counsellors too.
